Harold J. Ashford, C.P.A Harold graduated from Oregon State University in 1972 with a degree in Accounting, and has lived in Central Oregon since 1977.  He has been in private practice for over 40 years and has been an owner of his own accounting firm for over 25 years.  Harold is married to Peggy and has two daughters who also live in the Bend area.  Harold's community service is extensive and currently includes;  DCRFPD #2 Fire Board, South Valley Bank & Trust Board of Directors, Central Oregon Youth Investment Foundation and J Bar J Youth Services Property Board.  In the past, he has served on the St. Charles Hospital board, Deschutes County Community Forest Authority, Oregon State University Foundation Trustee as well as positions on professional organizations in the field of accounting.    In his spare time he enjoys bird hunting, fishing, golfing and hiking in the Central Oregon area.  In the fall, you will find him at Oregon State University Football games and tailgating with his family.
